The EA co-op program is incredibly popular. We receive hundreds of applications each year from students across
Canada to come and work at our Canadian studios. Those who clear the EA quality bar and are hired for a work
term at EA can truly count themselves as exceptionally talented and potential next-generation EA leaders.
EA offers paid co-op work terms, but your experience will go far beyond a paycheque. And, if you excel as a
co-op student, you might even walk away with a job offer after graduation. There's no better way to wrap up
your education than being secure in the knowledge that you have a great job waiting for you!
- Co-op Socials - The work term begins with an exclusive orientation for co-op students and an official welcome into our company. There are also various social events throughout each work term for coop students including bowling nights, BBQ's, movie nights and other special events. Students that have completed co-op work terms at EA consistently promote the program on campus and want to return for subsequent work terms!
- Relocation - We assist out of town students within Canada by offering a cash sum for relocation (which varies depending on how far you have to move). We will also provide you with information that can help you find accommodations for your work term.
- Competitive Salaries - Our Co-op salaries vary depending on your prior work term experience and level of schooling and skills.
- Training - Co-op students are able to participate in EA's own internal university and take courses as long as they have consent from their managers. We have in-house training available in Art, Software Engineering, Management and Leadership.
- STAR PROGRAM - Land a full time job after graduation and have your tuition and books reimbursed!
The Star Program is a way to ensure EA hires the best and brightest of our co-op students on a full time basis
once they have graduated. Students who are awarded the Star program scholarship have their final year of
tuition and textbooks paid for by EA and a guaranteed job offer when they graduate.
